The Settings section is your central control panel for managing your telli account. Here, you can define your overall account preferences, set dialling windows, integrate your calender, and manage user access ensuring ensuring you’re fully set up and ready to start making calls with telli.

Account Tab

Under the Account tab, you’ll manage your core account details:
  • Account ID and Account Name: Your unique identifiers within the platform.
  • Phone Number(s): View your assigned numbers and enable Auto phone number switching for outbound calls to randomly use one of our configured numbers, which can help optimize reachability. Please contact [email protected] to add more numbers to your account.

Dialing Windows Tab

The Dialing Windows tab allows you to precisely configure when your Auto Dialer is allowed to make calls:
  • Set specific days and times for dialing.
  • All times are based on the Europe/Berlin timezone.
  • Important: Any changes to these dialing windows will immediately affect all contacts currently in the dialer.

Calendar Tab

The Calendar tab facilitates Calendar Integration, enabling your agent to intelligently get availability and book meetings directly. Select your Calendar Integration from services like Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Calendar, or a Custom Calendar (where you’ll configure Available URL and Book URL).

People Tab

This tab is where you manage access to your telli account:
  • User Management: View a list of all users associated with your account.
  • Invite: Easily invite new team members to collaborate on managing your agents and campaigns.

Developer Tab

The Developer tab provides important information for integration:
  • API Key: Access your unique key for the telli platform, enabling custom integrations with your existing systems.
  • Webhook configuration: Set up a Webhook to seamlessly integrate telli with your CRM and automate your operations.
