# TIMIFY

> Request access to the TIMIFY integration, connect your Branch Manager ID, and select the branch and service your telli agent can book appointments in.

## Connect TIMIFY in telli

Before you connect TIMIFY in telli, make sure the telli app is installed in your TIMIFY account.

  <Step title="Open the integration">
    In telli, go to **Settings → Integrations** and open **TIMIFY**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add your Branch Manager ID">
    Enter your TIMIFY **Branch Manager ID** and select **Add connection**.

## Set up an agent

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose TIMIFY">
    Open your agent and select **TIMIFY** under **Calendar Integration**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Describe the calendar">
    Give the calendar a label and a description of when the agent should use it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the branch">
    In **Branch**, select the TIMIFY branch where this agent should book appointments.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the service">
    In **Service**, select the service this agent should book. telli lists the services for the selected branch.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save and test the agent">
    Save the agent, then make a test call.
  </Step>

<Note>
  If you change the branch, select the service again. Each calendar configuration has one branch and one service.
  To book additional services, add a separate calendar configuration for each service.
