# Propstack

> Connect Propstack to telli so your agent checks available viewing times and books property viewings during calls.

## Before you start

Have the following ready:

* A Propstack API key with access to the property's viewing sessions.
* The property's numeric Propstack Object ID.
* Scheduled viewing sessions in Propstack with available slots and a public booking link.

For calls about different properties, store the relevant Object ID in a contact property before each call.

## Set up an agent

**1. Choose Propstack**

Open your agent and add **Propstack** in the **Calendar** section.

**2. Describe the calendar**

Give the calendar a label and a description of when the agent should use it.

**3. Set the Object ID**

In **Object ID**, enter the property's numeric Propstack ID for calls about one property.

For calls about different properties, type `{{` and select the contact property that contains the Object ID.
Each contact must have a positive numeric Object ID in that property before the call starts.

**4. Add your API key**

Enter your key in **Propstack API key**.

**5. Save the agent**

Select **Add** to add the calendar, then save the agent.

**6. Test a viewing booking**

Make a test call for a property with available viewing slots.
Ask the agent for available times, then book a viewing.
Check that the booking appears in Propstack.

>
> Propstack requires the caller's first name, last name, and valid email address for a booking.
> The agent asks for missing details before booking.
> telli includes the contact's phone number automatically.

## Check the setup

If the agent has no available times, check the Object ID and the property's scheduled viewing sessions in Propstack.
Without a specific date request, telli checks the next 14 days.
The integration uses existing viewing slots. It does not create viewing sessions.

If a booking is not confirmed, check Propstack before trying again to avoid a duplicate booking.
